The match drilling for those rivets is perfect. Adds a few more back and forths but it's the highest quality way to do it

The pot became awfully shiny on it's own, would have been interesting to see the polishing process

This is a great pot, I really liked that the handles in this product are made with rivets, this will extend its life! I often see things like spot welds fail over time and cause a little accident in the kitchen. This pot lacks a second bottom to work on the induction stove A great product for every cooker
@benkasminbullock
@benkasminbullock Жыл бұрын
It is made from stainless steel not aluminium so it doesn't need a second bottom on IH cookers.
@PROProcesss

@@benkasminbullock I understand that it's stainless steel. But even stainless steel cookware needs a spheromagnetic bottom to work on an induction stove

This pot is useable on IH cookers. The material is ferritic stainless steel of a type called NSSC180/19-0. You can find more details at the link above.

This is not any high end manufacturing. A lot of small scale industries from Africa to Bangladesh are doing same thing with similar machines. Regards.

If we focus only on the process, it may look similar to pot factories in other countries, but these Japanese pots and pans are made of materials such as uneven super ceramic coating, chrome stainless steel, 3-layer aluminum clad steel, etc., which are different from those in other countries. The workmanship is more precise and of high quality 🍳

It's sold in Japan so they don't put "made in Japan" on the pot itself. This pot costs 10,000 yen.
