I have some questions, how many minutes you dried the shreds coconut meat? How many coconuts in 1litter of virgin coconut oil. Your good idea will be very much appreciated.thank you.

try this method. 10 pcs coconut medium size. and the water from coconut you are need to use. no need hot water. shred the coconut and after you shredded the coconut mix the water from coconut and try to mash until 15minutes and after that squise it and then collect all the milk. and then cover with cloth and then leave for 24 hours in room temperature. the result is very clear vco. but always remember when we are making vco need to use stainless only. plastik container is not good for this processing. if you have oil filter much better. after 24 you will see. the layer. from top is the bubles next layer the vco. next layer is the coconut cream and in the bottom is the coconut water. good luck

i saw you cook the coconut at 3:30 so its not vco anymore just coconut oil. Heat kills the enzyme
