I love your style and the way you teach. So clear, easy to follow and the results are amazing. Could you advise whether or not sewing paper on our sewing machines requires anything different than regular fabric. I really want to do this but I don't want to do damage to my machine. Your advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Hi Jan, sorry for the late reply, I only managed to get to your comment now. I have a regular bottom of the range sewing machine, and I have nothing or different on it to sew on paper. But I cannot guarantee that sewing on paper will no damage it, each machine is different and also it depends on the thickness of you paper. Thank you ✨

If you don’t have a sewing machine How do you recommend getting the thread designs on the cards?

I tried this but I ran into a problem. I applied the distress ink to the first layer, but when I applied the mod podge my distress ink reacted with the modge podge and it smeared all over the card so I had to toss it out. Did I apply too much distress ink? Did I need to wait overnight and let the ink dry first? Thanks!

Mine does that too, you either need to use permanent ink or work lightly with the mod podge 🩷
