In this video, we show how we process loamy excavated soil with our DRC series mobile double-roller crusher. Equipped with a hopper for direct feeding by backhoe, we crushed the material from 0-300mm to 0-80mm - perfect for wet processing. Despite the challenges posed by the high clay content, we were able to achieve a throughput rate of over 300t/h and recover valuable mineral components. Our twin roll crushers are particularly well suited to this material as they do not clog, which is due to the roll crusher technology. Thanks to our innovative drive technology, our crusher remains energy-efficient and low-maintenance even at high output.
