Processing Lockdown 2 With Chronic Illness

On Friday 30th October, it was announced that the UK would enter it's second lockdown of 2020. Starting on Thursday 5th November. This was a lot to process for so many people, including those affected by chronic physical and mental health conditions. I took some time to process and take care of myself this week, including starting a short course of steroids for an asthma flare, processing my emotions and not putting too much pressure on myself to do all the things.

We're i am in Australia we in a full on lockdown for 3 months and now we are open and have 4 active cases and get 0 cases a day for about 8 days.
