Hey Sri, We believe you're referring to onboarding group assignment in Keka. There's no approval chain for this process initiation as it's the HR's call to confirm whether tasks should be assigned or not. Also, the onboarding is initiated after profile creation in Keka. In case you're looking to setup approval process before adding the employee to Keka, it can be managed through Keka Hire portal.
