True, so many things in salary slip and every year changing. Like in previous year we don't have a bonus column and now we have it and that also included in our ctc instead that should be given at the year end as a bonus amount

I am seeing this video first time rishab but i really loved it. I am an HR and I totally agree with you for this. I myself had fought with HR for compliance, fun part is many HR after passing the knowledge are adamant for changing the policy or process.

5lakh / 12 tak koi deduction nahi assuming koi additional income nahi hai to, isse jyada pe bhi zero ded ho sakta hai agar investment kiya ya insurance kharidi

That was a brainstormer, real insightful video 👌👌 Dear Rishabh Sir, I wish to highlight a troublesome issue, being faced by many employers for last few years. These days, the workers demand full daily wages at the day end, and do not agree to any kind of deduction like PF, ESI etc. They want a pay which includes effect of all benefits included, without any commitment or binding. Today they worked for you, tomorrow, they'll work for some other employer. Already facing scarcity of workers, employer has no other option but to employ such freelancers. In this scenario, how can statutory obligations like PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity etc. be complied with? Pls do share your views. Thanks.

@@LabourLawAdvisor No ESI even if more than 10 employees? Sir, if an establishment already covered under PF act, but now current employees strength is 7 (Hence not covered under ESI). So now if they employ another 5 daily wagers above Rs 700/-, will they still be required to register under ESI? Secondly, how to show daily wagers in Muster roll n POW register? Pls enlighten. TIA.

Good morning sir, There is one question for you. If someone resigns from an organization, then can the organization change the salary structure of that employee, and pay him / her salary according to the reduced salary structure without informing.

Rishab Ji, we are doing the same practice with regards to Bonus as you have cited in the video,I.e. as a part of salary. Is there any clause in the Bonus Act which prohibits such practice. Plz help so that we can rectify it in future.

I am having a question, you mentioned that the employees who have joined after 2014 Employer should not deduct their EPS but it seems Many companies are deducting employees+employer share as PF (EPF+EPS) and thus the employees are getting less salary. Can you please guide if such discrepancies are there what employee should do, is there an Govt authority whom should be contacted etc ...thank you for your guidance 🙏👍😊

@@LabourLawAdvisor Hi I have crossed check and I can confirm that those whose salaries are above 15000 and have joined after 2015 EPS is Capped at 1250/- and the rest of employer contribution is added in EPF so I think its not mandatory that 12%+12% of employer share totally have to go to EPF, please share your views on it, thank you🙏👍

Sir, jara CTC ke bare me an Guidence digiye..agar kisi ki monthly CTC 26k hai to mera deduction sirf PF or PT hona chahiye..MATLAB 1800/- PF or 200/- PT MATLAB 26K minus 1800 minus 200 minus = Net 24k aani chahiye to as rahi hai 22200/- to ye kasi calculation hai..thoda vistar pata chalega to aaccha hoga..
