True, so many things in salary slip and every year changing. Like in previous year we don't have a bonus column and now we have it and that also included in our ctc instead that should be given at the year end as a bonus amount

That was a brainstormer, real insightful video 👌👌 Dear Rishabh Sir, I wish to highlight a troublesome issue, being faced by many employers for last few years. These days, the workers demand full daily wages at the day end, and do not agree to any kind of deduction like PF, ESI etc. They want a pay which includes effect of all benefits included, without any commitment or binding. Today they worked for you, tomorrow, they'll work for some other employer. Already facing scarcity of workers, employer has no other option but to employ such freelancers. In this scenario, how can statutory obligations like PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity etc. be complied with? Pls do share your views. Thanks.

So now if they employ another 5 daily wagers above Rs 700/-, will they still be required to register under ESI? Secondly, how to show daily wagers in Muster roll n POW register? Pls enlighten. TIA.

@@LabourLawAdvisor Hi I have crossed check and I can confirm that those whose salaries are above 15000 and have joined after 2015 EPS is Capped at 1250/- and the rest of employer contribution is added in EPF so I think its not mandatory that 12%+12% of employer share totally have to go to EPF, please share your views on it, thank you🙏👍

Sir, jara CTC ke bare me an Guidence digiye..agar kisi ki monthly CTC 26k hai to mera deduction sirf PF or PT hona chahiye..MATLAB 1800/- PF or 200/- PT MATLAB 26K minus 1800 minus 200 minus = Net 24k aani chahiye to as rahi hai 22200/- to ye kasi calculation hai..thoda vistar pata chalega to aaccha hoga..
