Processing Sea Surface Temperature & Ocean Wind Speed Data From Sentinel-3 in ESA-SNAP & ArcGIS Pro

How to extract and process Sea Surface Temperature/SST and Ocean Wind Speed data from Sentinel-3 SLSTR WST Level-2 data in ESA-SNAP and ArcGIS Pro.
Sentinel-3 WST data can be downloaded from eoportal.eumetsat.int/ (user registration is needed but don't worry it is free, and the application interface is similar with Copernicus Open Data Hub.
