The last step of raising the surface is similar to the way we use a tool to raise the edges on leather carving. Such patience and dicipline.

The inside of cans is tin-plated in accordance with the Food Sanitation Law. Tin is a stable and safe metal.
@shawnwaldrop4462Ай бұрын
Forming copper = trimming with a bandsaw Polishing copper = deburring edges The melting of the tin and then dropping it into water was to create "shot" Polishing the "tagane" = dressing/grinding the end of a punch Blade inspection = just looking at the part through a magnifying glass Metal hammer = peening the surface for texture (looks like a baby picture hammer, but there is a texture on the hammer face) Finishing bending = you know, a few final bends Complete = done for the day

This master is not from here but must be coming from outer space! This heavenly masterpiece is a feast for my eyes! ❤ even the music of Osaka Soltitude ‘Sight of Wonders’ speaks volumes. Thanks for sharing this masterpiece with me. 🙏👍👍love from Holland 🇳🇱 PS what was the inscription on the plate? I can’t read Japanese.

Wouldn't it be easier and more efficient to have a dipping bath of melted tin? Seems like there was wasted wasabi after grating?
@mduvigneaudАй бұрын
I think that would only be more efficient for high volume production.

I don't have to watch the video now, as you showed the how it turns out in the first minute or so. Why do that, we don't need a preview, just the video. Sort of like showing the ending of a movie, it spoils the whole thing :(
@Madamoizillion11 күн бұрын
Well, the channel is called "ProcessX", not "ResultX"---wouldn't you watch the video because you're interested in the process and not just the end result?

@@Madamoizillion Yes, I'm interested in the process and end result but want to watch the whole thing and appreciate it, not have it ruined by it being condensed into one minute

why .... why would you not plate it via electroplating?! Hand plating it with heat resuts in low quality plating.
