Every time I watch videos from Japanese factories, I am convinced that all their employees have spare eyes. Because otherwise I can’t explain why they don’t protect them? They look at the welding, do not cover it with glasses when painting or working with a grinding machine...

Почему контрольные метки маркером до затяжки динамометрическим ключом 11:45? Почему при забивании штифта на машину в отверстии мусор или стружка 13:00?

All the technology in the video is literally outdated, over a century old. Instead of modern laser cutting, plasma cutting is used, which leaves a wide seam. Welding is a morally outdated semi-automatic machine, instead of TIG. CNC machines with control circuits from the 80s of the last century (more or less modern only a lathe). Instead of, again, modern modular template systems, they use... a piece of metal pressed with a clamp, judging by the appearance of which it is also the same age as this production. And the enchanting lubrication of the seats during assembly, for which this employee should simply be fired, is a real masterpiece, the lubricant in his can has obviously dried up, there is almost no trace left on the seat, and it is clear that there are grooves inside for the circulation of lubricant - there is nothing at all there didn't hit.

In such conservative factories - of course not. What are we talking about if they use a CNC machine that is about 50 years old?)))) These are the Japanese, they will do the same thing for decades until they go bankrupt, because these are their vaunted “traditions”.

What?!! 11:25 applying witness marks aka "torque striping" to bolts 11:40 applying proper torque to bolts This is the wrong order! Witness marks are a QA/QC function and should be done by a qualified inspector *after* the proper torque has been applied to the bolt, not before. The marks serve as an indication that the bolt has not been loosened (or over-tightened) and should *always* line up.

Всё верно! Также обратите внимание на мусор в отверстии на моменте 13:00. Он мешает вставить и ведёт к неправильной работе пальца на 14:00 - медленное.

How do they lubricate the bushings during installation, when the lubricant in the cup has dried up, almost no trace remains, and the groove for lubricant circulation is completely dry?)) 9:30

this technique was developed 50 years ago, and since then they have been producing it this way, without optimizing their processes in any way. Japan is a country of conservatism, where, out of principle, they will do the same thing like idiots for decades, without trying to improve processes or product quality.
