These skills, and techniques are dying out in the mass produced, automated world we now live in, the dedication to, and love of their craft is an admirable quality little known in the West. I have always admired the dedication, and pride in their work the Japanese people display. Thank you for this, and other excellent videos of true crafts people, proud in their endeavours.

I know artists such as sculptors and people who make the most beautiful paintings but find it terrible to sell their works of art because they made it with so much love, but yes, there has to be bread on the table, as we say. Don't you recognize that feeling? This is made with so much love and it’s very artistic as well. Thank you for sharing this beautiful video with me 👍👍🙏❤️ love from Holland 🇳🇱

Beautiful work! These guys are masters. Rocking horse looked really nice in the end. PS: This AI music was incredibly repetitive and I had to mute audio after few minutes. It detracted from the video.

In the UK we prefer to use steam for bending - it causes less damage to the workpiece.😉 This is nice workmanship but I'm puzzled as to why so much artisan craft work in Japan is conducted while kneeling or sitting on the floor instead of standing at a work bench?🤔
