www.ProFirstAid... Heat Exhaustion is when the body temperature rises and you become dizzy or sweaty. It is important to move to a cooler place, sip water, and cool down gently maybe with a fan have them rest. Heat Stroke is a serious medical condition. The body temperature rises very rapidly and you must get help immediately. The temperature of the body cannot be controlled. They must rapidly be cooled down with wet towels or a spray mist. They could go into Cardiac Arrest. More common emergencies are Hypothermia. Never quickly heat the person. Use normal blankets or foil type blankets. Foil blankets reflect heat back into the body and acts as a barrier. Frost Nip happens when the skin begins to freeze and must be kept warm. Frost Bite happens when the whole of the bodies tissues freeze through. Video created by ProTrainings.

I work at Zarraffas on the Gold Coast in Queensland and it is so busy that I am walking around or quickly running around doing what I need to do quick because you have to make coffee's quick because it is a drive through one and I got to quickly do some of the cleaning inside while the other people make coffee's. It is so the people that want to sit inside can sit down I get so tired plus I am sweating alot and I get so exhausted because I am sweating alot I end up with eczema on the back of my neck really bad

I work in landscaping. There was a safety meeting on heat exhaustion, our administrator aka, boss, not an expert, said that people experiencing overheating can feel chills, and if so, hug the person to warm them up. This sounds completely incorrect, to me. Please help confirm or correct this?
