High quality chest compression! When I worked at the ER we had a saying. If u don’t brake a rib you are not doing it right!! People don’t be afraid in going deep. A rib heals, the brain doesn’t.

I have the opinion the kids needs to be taught CPR as soon as they start going to school and then get a recertification every year. CPR saves lives fellas, learn it!!!!
