They did great! Glad to see someone who isn't like a mega pro (no shade) do these. Its easier for us newbies to estimate what the next question will be. I would assume agina as the pain got better with rest, but of course you treat it like a AMI.

Thanks for the questions! Yes, the patient in this scenario states that they are taking Eliquis, which is a blood thinner. It is standard practice to administer Aspirin to patients who are currently taking anticoagulants if they are presenting with ACS symptoms. So, in this case administration of ASA was indicated. However, some departments may have protocols that state that ASA is contraindicated in patients on anticoagulants, so be sure to follow your local protocols.
