DOES anyone know if 2 C7 rear tires can fit in the back hatch/trunk? Like for example, could you tell a mechanic to put the 2 old used tires in the back instead of throwing them away, and he could do that? Or would he be like "sorry they both don't fit"

That's a good question. I haven't tried doing that, you could look it up on the internet, sorry I can't be of more help.

In terms of modern Corvettes. Imo, I feel that the C6 Z06/Grand sport and the C7 Z06/Grand sport. Is some of the most beautiful Corvettes ever made.
