ProDev: The Series - Colonialism in Coffee

ProDev: The Series is a snapshot into Counter Culture Coffee’s Professional Development program. This quarterly conversation is an opportunity for coffee lovers across-the-board to engage in conversations concerning some of our industry’s most relevant topics.
This quarter, we tackled the very heavy topic of Colonialism and its impact on the coffee world. It's a very dense topic and a tricky one to navigate. It would be easy for us to shy away, but we chose to attack it head-on. Our hope for this talk is to inspire mindfulness and get us thinking about this big part of our past and how it affects us today.
