I mean, you’re right buuuuut Malcolm isn’t exactly a normal human being. He is medicated with some powerful drugs, he broke his own hand and had the power to stop a criminal whilst in pain, he rarely flinches in front of a gun, he got knifed, almost died from a snake and a bomb, jumped of a building, got pushed from an elevator, his father tried to kill him, his sister is now a killer-the boy is already broken, if he had any more problems, he’d probably be dead so I guess that’s why the writers didn’t give him any repercussions.... although studies from Harvard do indicate that people with extreme psychological issues welcome pain in a way normal people cannot. So maybe it’s not that crazy for him to be “okay” after being tased... idk this is simply my opinion.

Love the way Dani handles Martin. “I’ll blow your head off” - Noted “Stop talking!” - 10-4 Malcolm should have been a lot more hurt after getting tased so much tho. And what exactly was martin apologizing for? Almost escaping? Still love the way the writing and acting flows. The way Malcolm takes the key card after cuffing him. Staring down a criminal like I see you. And then it shifts and he’s just his dad again and “What are you wearing?” It’s for stealth 🤣 like I can’t with these two

They should in the more seasons have a better recovery scene like he was just totally fine after that and in every one he is too it’s a little unrealistic lol but the show is still great

Dani is worse than ever in this scene. She literally watched Malcolm get tortured and did nothing. She could have disarmed Rhonda easily. How can people claim otherwise or that she "was waiting for the best moment to react" ? And then she let Malcolm alone with Martin while he wasn't even capable of standing up. What if he had an epileptic seizure ? What he lost conciousness ? She should have taken him away from Martin and called for medical attention for him, at the very least, and not let him walk around alone just after he got tazed 10 times. That's what cops with professionalism do. That's actually what anyone with emotional intelligence does. She doesn't give a sh*t about him. I'm sorry but she doesn't seem to be "Malcolm's closest friend" to me.

@@-Maya_The_Bee- and when he was framed for murder she (Dani) did not even consider the possibilty he was innocent and was actually taunting him to get a reaction so (he would admit he commited the murder) she could build a stronger case angaist him. There are moments where it looks like she's sympathasing but in the most part it's pity.

@@faizamattoir9006 idk, just feels like this season is ruining her character. She seemed to care about Malcolm in the first season but it doesn't feel like that anymore.. She's mean to Malcolm. Malcolm didn't want to stab his dad at all. It was self-defense. Martin pointed a knife at his son, that's why Malcolm counteracted. Don't forget that Malcolm is an ex-FBI Agent. Whenever he is in danger, his first instinctive reaction is to protect himself by fighting back. It's totally normal. What would you do if you were in the same situation ?? You would probably counteract. He did *NOT* want to stab his dad. Look at the traumatized face he had after he hurt Martin. He was utterly broken. And what about all the pain and emotional rollercoasters Malcolm was going through when Martin was missing ? All the mental breakdowns he had ? Do you remember what he told the NYPD with tears in his eyes and his hand shaking ? "My father is in danger ! I can feel it !!" Do you remember that he *confronted* Vivian Capshaw and asked her to take him to his father, even though he *knew* he was probably going to get tortured and killed ? He *was even willing to let Friar Peet kill him* to know where Martin was. He even *entered the house when he heard a gun shot because he thought his dad was hurt* Martin has always wanted to have a place in Malcolm's mind. It's abuse. Malcolm deserves so much better than that. But he couldn't let his father die. I can't believe that no one sees it and is so mad at Malcolm. Martin is a narcissist, a predatory psychopath, a serial killer, a despicable person, and an abuser. Malcolm has been gaslit, manipulated and hurt for years by Martin. He is an emotional trauma survivor. But you're telling me that it's all Malcolm's fault and that he shouldn't have called the cops on him ?? Can we stop this victim blaming ? It's awful. Martin's place is inside Claremont. Malcolm did the right thing. No matter how hard Martin will try to help Malcolm solve crimes or change, it won't change anything : he has been deliberately abusing his son for decades, and killed at least 23 people and destroyed many families, including his own. There is no way Malcolm could have let him go and escape.
@melinakorovessi7133 жыл бұрын
@@-Maya_The_Bee- but Martin had changed idk why Mack on made him almost kill again and then new he was changed after everything they went though he still insisted on bringing him back to Claremont which is so stupid Bcz he was obviously making a lot of progress and there relationship was at its peak. Martin wouldn’t have stabbed him.
@itscris012 жыл бұрын
@@melinakorovessi713 I don’t think that’s necessarily true, because Martin has always been this way. It was just that when Malcolm expressed that he wanted to distance himself from him and not be like his father that Martin starts coming out of the woodworks to find a way to get back into Malcolm’s life. He clearly wants his children to be an extension of himself, and Malcolm living without his father in his head would release him of the hold that Martin had always had over him. It’s much easier to get your son to kill with you or at least feel close enough to you to help you solve crimes with him (the closest he can legally get to murder) than it is for him to accept what you really are and what you’ve done and lock you away for good. Half of the time, Martin doesn’t go back to help Malcolm unless something’s in it for him or because he wants to manipulate Malcolm into thinking he’s a good person for his own purposes. Don’t forget Martin was literally going to _kill him_ when he first started finding out what his father was doing.
