This HAS really upset me on every level. My sincerest and resounding genuine to Keith's family, friends and all who loved the prodigy. I have never met the legend but I have been a fan since the underground days in the late 1980's early 90's. Their music always had an instant positive effect on me, it made me extremely happy, positively motivated, fully of energy and sense of purpose. This is a great loss to the music industry and yet another one of my favourite positive happy teenage years icons is has died. The first being my all time favorite comedic genius MR RIK MAYALL.

The Prodigy were the very first mainstream electronic band (sure we had Kraftwerk, etc) but The Prodigy started underground (and then mainstream) electronic music. I will never forget the first time I heard The Prodigy Experience in 95...I kept listening to it over and over again on my sony walkman cassette tape as I walked around my college campus all night and all day long. It was like the ultimate drug. I didnt sleep:..All I did was listen to Charly and Outer Space and all the tunes and try to figure them out and how amazing those tracks were (and still are)... RIP Keith :((((

Same Here! Now will probably everyone not agree with me, but only because it's not the right time..., but one Important thing I will say because it's a fact and true. The best Album by the quality of the sound production and numbers of saled copies is The Fat of the Land. But with this Album Prodigy, the "true" sound of Prodigy, that only hardcore fans who followed them from the very beginning can immediately recognize(like in a movie, and you're sure it's a song from Prodigy), unfortunately, was over. I remember it well, Leeroy left the band (he made great music and is doing ), suddenly a long time was nothing new from Prodigy....and as my brother and I heard the songs from the new Album, Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned and Invaders Must Die-omg I couldn't believe that's Prodigy! (only Liam knew what and why) , the whole media, even some friends that always listened to prodigy, after The Fat of the Land stopped to buy new Albums and listen to Prodigy....a lot of PR magazines and People reacted very bad too.

Just shows you that you can have ££millions, fame, millions of fans, friends and family who love you to bits, but depression can hit anyone. I wish he spoke to someone or got help but when your minds made up there's notjing you can say or do. Its invisible, he was probably laughing and his normal self the day before probably knowing he was gonna do it, proper gutted for keef and his family and friends, listened to the Prodigy since late 80s and still do. So most of my life. Prodigy will live on and no doubt go to No1 in there next album. But keef will be sorely missed, rave in peace keef. A proper legend in the dance world

I followed prodigy from their beginnings, and as Liam said here in what I agree, the Stupid Media stated to call them electronic punk which totally false, It's breakbeat (but some electronic music terms were not even known at that time).I even learned to dance like Leeroy, man that was such a cool dance, but a hard one to learn, but whit that dances even many years later I always got a chick on the dancefloor, even in rave clubs...guys, it was so crazy n everybody was on a "happy face". Then came the big Rave wave, but as I see many of you were like me teenagers then and I was so happy. But as I said, I was 16 or less as a Raver but I never kinda knew what was the reason that the Rave scene and culture suddenly shut down. Like a switch-off!?!
