Tip for ProdPad users: at 49', Janna + Itaram tie GIST back to ProdPad's concepts: "Goals" are the same in both. "Idea" in the GIST framework = "Initiative" in ProdPad. "Step" in the GIST framework = "Idea" in ProdPad. This isn't a hard and fast rule but this mental model made it much easier to apply lessons from Itamar's presentation my team's use of ProdPad.
