We grow most everything on a small scale for direct market. In large scale we grow eggplant, winter squash, tomatoes, half runner beans, strawberries, and pumpkins

I can't find where to buy a dunk tank like anywhere. Suggestions? I do mostly root crops wholesale but I'm putting together a wash line that looks a lot like this.

Ours is homemade, but they are available to purchase. They aren't very common except in large volume lines. "Tull" in New York sells a version like mine I think.

What’s your crew size to comfortably run this (with respect to difference in crops and yields)

We have 4 full time field guys and a field manager moving produce and equipment. When we are packing squash it works best with 6-7
