Im 51yo & bio hacking myself to get pregnant. Im using pharmacological doses of nicotinic acid (5gms per day) & animal focused diet. Feel amazing, regular cycle and ovulation, thicker hair, more muscle, firmer smoother skin, increased mental acuity & stamina. I truly believe we do not have a limited supply of eggs, I believe we lack the nutrients and have too much stress/toxicity for our bodies to produce more eggs as we age. I also tell myself every day multiple times a day I’m young healthy fertile & abundant (we are what we think), and I had a comprehensive medical with full bloods ecg a few months back that showed I’m in early to mid 30s physically. Do not buy into the mainstream narrative that women are over the hill by 40, I’m running up that hill for many many years to come.

@sunmoonstars387929 күн бұрын
@@oksanach.4358 no in fact I no longer have to take melatonin, as I understand it niacin (specifically immediate release nicotinic acid full flush variety) enables the release of melatonin. My sleep has always been an issue (I was long haul stewardess for many years & screwed up my circadian rhythms) so whilst not perfect it’s the best it’s been since I was a teenager. I take a huge amount now, I think most people would die of the flush at 5grams but because I’ve built up to it over the past couple of years I barely feel it now. Its incredible stuff, will heal pretty much anything (through restoration of nad+ at cellular level) so although I hope (& pray) for it to assist with pregnancy I’m super happy for all the other benefits.

I LOVE THIS!!! Niacin is great! I started to realize that if you do parasitic cleanses it helps you even look younger as well as helps the hormones to rebalance themselves since the parasites aren’t there to take your nutrients and your body is self healing. They LOVE vitamin B and the collagen and love all the other stuff that helps you stay young. Most people in the US have parasites (over 80%) but being from a 1st world country thy refuse to admit they have it. They’d rather do cleanses for their pets and refuse to believe they can get their pets parasites.. Doing the cleanses especially as women cuz the parasites love the womb and reproductive areas. I’ve gotten rid of fibroids and ovarian cysts doing this. Though it’s not medically proven that those things are as a result of parasitic overgrowth they sure do disappear when you treat parasites…(keeping in mind parasites include viruses, mold/fungus, bacteria, and worms that line the digestion system from mouth to exit ).. it’s something to think about.

I understand being a little skeptical but some of these comments in the comment section are rude and immature coming from full grown adults. Why are you going to pick on someone’s appearance especially when they look just fine. Even if he hasn’t figured out all the bells and whistles and it’s still in the beginning phases at least he is trying and moving forward in his research and he was able to help some woman already. That’s a good thing and a hopeful thing and worth looking into and researching and being excited about. Not something that should be downgraded or debunked because you think he looks suspect. I enjoy the informative content you’re providing, but I’d like to address the tone regarding the Mexican medical profession and their FDA (COFEPRIS). It’s important to recognize that every country has its own regulatory standards for approving medical treatments, including Mexico. The suggestion that the Mexican FDA is somehow less legitimate than the US FDA can be seen as disrespectful to the highly trained professionals who work within Mexico’s healthcare system. COFEPRIS has been working for years to ensure safety and effectiveness in medical treatments, and many clinics in Mexico are internationally accredited. The fact that people from the US are willing to cross borders for treatment shows that Mexican healthcare has earned a strong reputation internationally. Implying that bribery or corruption is a common practice in Mexican medical institutions without any evidence perpetuates harmful stereotypes. Mexico is home to world-class healthcare facilities and professionals, many of whom train in the same prestigious institutions as doctors in the US. Differences in cost do not necessarily reflect differences in quality or integrity. In discussions like these, it’s important to maintain a balanced and informed perspective, respecting the efforts of medical professionals across borders and the complex systems in which they operate.

I think the ovarian rejuvenation is interesting, but, for me, maybe as an alternative to HRT. It is a little out of the price category for most people, although maybe with time cost will likely reduce if there is interest. In the end, I think most women are not as vulnerable as we may think. Our GCP( good clinical practice) guidelines are developed and followed by quite a few countries. Ways to produce more eggs, no. But it seems that the older we get, more eggs are recruited to mature each month. So basically the ovarian reserve drops steeper as we age. Some other scientists were trying to figure out a way to make the ovarian reserve drop linearly.. This is from another yt video/podcast that I now can't find.

There are lots or reference of observational and retrospective studies on pubmed, and are mostly on POF. this is a different cohort than your typical postmenopausal woman who wants to prevent age related diseases. I understand the desire for increasing health span but at this time charging $15-20K for speculative PRP injections is too much. This is really taking advantage of women's vulnerability. Everyone is trying to make a buck in this space, perhaps it si not yet our time for this.

I don’t think it’s taking advantage it’s a reflection of the stage they are in. Research takes a lot of time and money. In traditional clinical trials it averages 10-15yr and a billion to bring a new drug from compound discovery to market.

@@hackmyage I haven't seen a single comment professing distrust in the concept per-se- rather, people seem open to being convinced, but find the substance of the pitch untrustworthy for several reasons: the subject is a man claiming to possess specialized knowledge on how to treat women's bodies- yet he fails to deliver a single compelling insight into the particular problems women approaching menopause face- instead fishing for generalisations that any layperson could produce. You yourself were forced to correct him, twice, when he attempted to conflate PCOS with another condition rather than admit he made a mistake, with words to the effect of "Oh well, they're basically the same anyway". He talked in circles and repeated the same basic findings again and again. Please actually read the comments. It's patronizing to your audience to claim they are unable to adequately assess the merits of the treatment this person is selling because they are blinded by bias against a novel treatment. If I were a regular viewer of yours I would not be happy with that assumption regarding my capacities.

Stop listening to men when it comes to your body. If I were a dude I wouldn’t listen to a woman tell me 💩 about my body. Outrageous 🙄. Make your money dude😂. Nothing wrong with aging.
