@arturia Pigments is my go-to Synth, and always gets things flowing! I like Izotope Trash, which is a great saturation plug in that I've been using lately. Coldfire looks like a combo of a Synth with Distortion focus- cool concept! Thanks Warren, always great to see what's out there!

I love Arturia! Pigments3 is my all time favorite synth! Micro freak is also very cool. I’ve had Fragments for awhile and it can be extremely fun.

Love your videos Warren! You're so fun and enthusiastic! And yes, you are easily pleased with the FX, but such glee is infectious, and the Arturia FX Collection IS amazing and the new COLDFIRE is ... well, FIRE! You've reviewed Eventide Anthology before, which is kinda where all the pitch shifting and modulation started, isn't it! We're so spoilt having all this in our DAWs. :)

I use Arturia hardware and software every day, in fact I rely on them heavily. They make one of my favorite audio interface combos, certainly my favorite for PC users and USB connections. The Audiofuse Studio and 8pre are my go-to units for USB/non-thunderbolt machines. They can do it all. Edit: I'm pretty sure the guys from August Is Falling use exclusively Arturia products. You guys should check out their new EP coming out in a few days.

This plugin is giving me tones I’ve been looking for for years but never been able to find. I put this on the revostortion guitar in Fab Four and it brought that sample to life. I instantly had the sound on the default setting. This plugin is nasty.

Got that Coldfire plug in the other day. Always good value if you update the effects when they release new ones and always rely on them heavily for mixes. Would love a good parametric EQ from them though.

Arturia pulling away from the pack with their tools. Saturation and distortion is always a litmus test of how good software is for me. I always drive the input of their Spring reverb for tone. Now there's a plugin with a ton of options. Well pleased with this latest release.

I skipped Matt’s video too 😂 Arturia do make great plugins unfortunately I don’t have a need for them at the moment as I have my “go to” ones set up. One if my favs is Jam Origins Audio To Midi Guitar 2, it allows me to play VSTI with a guitar without having to mess with midi cables. I can lay a lead guitar line down and put the Jam Origin on an insert and pick a synth and have the synth play the guitar line. Or I can play the synth directly from the guitar. There’s a bass version too but it’s not polyphonic but still useful.

@@Producelikeapro it's not excessive but it's enough to add another buffer-size worth in reaper - would rather have the option of avoiding that when playing stuff live.

@@Producelikeapro Yeah it's possible. IK stuff drives me nuts with it's 1 sample latency which again ends up adding a buffer-sized load. Reaper has got better with it's whole-chain PDC system recently. It used to add a buffer size for every latency-adding effect!

I have the ability to write songs. Sing songs. Play songs on guitar, keys and bass. I can record them on analog equipment. Everyone says they are great but from there nothing. Just one giant never ending No never never never………….

I have sent them to some producers including Glenn Frcker and while I get encouragement nothing else. I play for my love of music and the enjoyment I can bring to my friends and family and at 58 it’s getting a little late.
