I almost cried when he talked about how yg messed up iKON's promotion lol Interesting how i didn't notice about the relationship cycle scene in the MV before he pointed it out even tho i've watched the MV for how many times. Looks like i was too focused on the iKONs to notice anything else lol

I loved how clever this music video was for Love Scenario. It took me a 2nd watch to notice it but all the one shots where they are moving down the street and the camera is constantly moving and there is like a little color glimmer (sorry, don't really know how to described it better) with each shot with people is supposed to be that film strip moving through the camera that you see at the beginning. I thought that was so clever and maybe represents that life is a movie and how relationships play out in life could be a movie. I really liked this entire album, I felt like the songs and how they are all arranged on the album really complimented each other and fit well together. I also think this album shows IKON's ability to diversify their sound.

This is my favorite song from them. I am usually mad about the line distribution, but in this song, I can actually notice all the members; so I can forgive it. I think minimalism is becoming a new trend in kpop and I love it. This is also a surprising song because it is so laid back. If they ever come up with a title track/album where all the singers have more recognition, then I would happier and become a true iKON stan.

I hadn't really heard much of iKON except for Bling Bling, which I felt was alright but didn't have the impact I wanted from the chorus, so I was a little bummed and didn't try stanning them. But this song, somehow it elicited tears from me at first listen (even without subtitles) and then I watched the MV with subs and cried a little more, and just wow. Anything that can mess with my emotions like that is quite special to me. So I'm going to actually look into more of their music now (:

thanks for appreciating them! Although they are typically recognized as "heavy hip-hop" group, they actually have many great casual and emotional songs too. For emotional songs, I'd recommend listening to Just Go, Perfect, and Apology which really highlighted their vocals and also lyrically poetic. Casual songs like #WYD and Love Me are amazing too!

The album is a great balance of the Bling Bling and Love Scenario styles. You get hardass tracks like "One and Only" sandwiched between pop-y, easy-going tracks like "Beautiful" and "Jerk," the cutesy stylings of "Best Friend" against the techno anthem vibes of "Everything," and the swing-esque break-up masterpiece that is "Just Go." I think you'll really enjoy the variety!

love scenario and shine were so robbed of song of the year, they were both loved by all of korea, people of all ages and international fans of all music interest?? gamers everywhere liked it because of fortnite...people that only liked rap or hiphop liked both songs. hui and hanbin are two of korea's most amazing and underappreciated songwriters and leaders and i hate how much they've been through for both their groups to still be as underappreciated as they are

I felt this was maybe one of Ikon's best group composite performances, as opposed to two rappers with backing vocals which some of their other tracks came across as (to me). I agree; great direction for Ikon to be going forward from.
