I love Taemin - he’s my favorite vocalist and overall male artist in Kpop. I don’t know anyone else who can match his level of dancing and can stand alone on stage and move people to tears singing the most beautiful ballads in such a way you just get lost in his angel-like voice… His solo discography is God’s level perfect - not a single song to dislike, packed with amazing ballads. All his solo songs in this compilation are so beautiful and so meaningful - Hypnosis, Soldier, Day And Night, Under My Skin, Monologue, Never Forever, I Think It’s Love, Rise, I’m Crying, Itsuka Kokode, Identity… And it’s just a fraction of his ballads… Amazing artist, one of a kind. And on top of it all he’s the most humble, kindhearted and adorable person. A real role model to everyone, no wonder he’s so loved and respected by the whole industry! Taemin always gets accolades for his dancing (which of course he deserves) and it’s wonderful to hear him sing in this montage, in doing so others can appreciate his vocals too. His vocals gives us different feelings and takes us to wonderful journeys. He’s my ult bias in all genres because he is amazing in so many ways and he works hard to perfect his crafts. That's my TaeTae!!! I am so happy you did a reaction to his vocal growth, thank you!!! People see him now and think wow awesome singer but many don't know how hard he really worked at it because it was so important to him. He could have just keep things as they were being a great dancer, etc but he wanted to be a good singer as well and pushed himself. It was seeing Taemin's music videos that I soon after realized he was in a group and I discovered Shinee. So again, thank you so much for this!! 🥰

Taemins voice is so beautiful, so angelic and mesmerising! Shinee is one incredibly talented group, it boggles me sometimes to see how talented they all are vocally and in many other aspects! I am quite a fan of vocals and to be honest by top groups when it comes to this are shinee, super junior, tvxq/jyj and btob (theres probably more I am not remembering at the moment, but these are ones I have been listening to most recently).

You should check k out taemin singing despicito in chili. I heard he had a week to learn some Spanish and this song. Taemin is always going to be my favorite performer. Thank you so much for this reaction. Taemin is truly an unique artist and he deserves all the respect and recognition in this world. I absolutely love his voice and way of singing. Of course we all admire his incredible moves and dancing skills and it was his unique dancing that captured my attention, BUT what made me become his biggest fan for life was without a doubt his beautiful, versatile voice. I love the way he expresses himself as an artist, he’s so genuine and transmits so much emotion. He’s such a beautiful, kindhearted person as well and I think his pure personality shines through his performances. I sincerely hope you’ll react to one of his solo concerts at some point - it’s an unforgettable experience. Taemin is truly a one in a million artist. He literally has it all - the talent, the skills, the looks and amazing personality plus the best music in this industry. One And Only Ace, nobody compares to him (certainly not in my heart).

Wow, great video, I haven’t seen this compilation yet! Taemin is a Legend, I admire him so much. His voice is absolutely amazing - I love his unique, beautiful tone and I love how versatile he is as a singer, he sounds great in any style. Also I want to stress how I absolutely adore his stylistic choices when it comes to using his voice, he’s one of the smartest vocalists I know in Kpop. I’m frankly fed up with all those powerful “belters” who think screaming high notes in every song is an equivalent of being great vocalist… High notes are boring (especially when overused) I find what Taemin does - his sensual way of singing - so much more interesting and compelling. Since I discovered him and his music he quickly became my favorite artist in Kpop!

I’ve been a shinee stan for around 12 years, when he first was chosen to be on immortal song there was so much backlash about people saying that he couldn’t sing.. I also remember the shock fans had when Taemin started covering some of jognhyun’s in Lucifer, myself included! Seeing him go from 0 lines in replay and having rapping parts on the first shinee mini album and being able to witness his insane growth has been amazing.

what hurts me is there is people who discredit him as a vocalist especially in the new group that he belongs "super m" where they (fans)compare him to baekhyun and other main vocalists. man,taemin is a main dancer,that is his natural talent but with his effort and hard work he became an amazing vocalist!. Now,taemin is main vocal material ❤

Fans are often very jealous, hence they try to compare. Although Baek is a very good vocalist without any doubt I would choose Taemin’s voice and way of singing over Baek’s anytime. And I’m not saying this to discredit Baekhyun, it’s just that I find Taemin’s vocal tone and his way of singing (using very diverse vocal colors for different parts of songs) so much more interesting and compelling. I truly love Taemin’s voice, it’s one of a kind and it suits his music style so much. And the fact that he could easily pull off rock style of singing speaks of his versatility. In SuperM there are only two vocalists and I believe Taemin’s voice brings a lot of color to their songs :)

He has worked so hard and his solo career is truly impressive, singing in both Korean and fluent Japanese. Not to mention his amazing dancing skills. This compilation is an excellent example of why Taemin is the "Idols Idol". Many younger idols have seen how Taemin struggled in his early years and yet, with sheer will, determination, and faith, he persevered to become one of the top vocalists in Kpop. Imagine the hope and encouragement he gave to those young men to pursue their same dream. The most amazing thing about all of this is watching the video and knowing that Taemin literally struggled to reach that level of vocal skill!! I‘m sorry but this guide/video is not really correct. Jonghyun wasn’t just a little help. He helped Taemin A EFFIN LOT. Also in the video shown Jonghyun wasn‘t laughing to begin with, he anticipated Taemins singing (I mean everyone with eyes can see that proud smile) and was later on a bit embarrassed. I think that those shows were still heavily scripted so they made him appear extra bad or smth… Also wasn’t that Show „Maknae Rebellion“? Of course he has to be funny/bad then..
