I buy vegan shampoos. Preferably clear. I also keep a bonnet on the avoid lint.

Great proactive steps and product choices. Is there a certain brand that you stick with for shampoo? Bonnets are necessary!

I need to dilute my conditioner 😮😮❤

If you're noticing any product being left behind, diluting it can help to thin it out and allow it to be soaked into the loc. Or you can try a water based conditioner that's not creamy, thick, or white.

Design Essentials Platinum Volumizing Conditioner is a good one. Its very thin, runny and clear. I dilute it and pour it on my head like a rinse.

@@Meera436 Is it a leave in conditioner or you rinse it out? Thanks for sharing!
@Meera4365 ай бұрын
@@ibyl Its a rinse-out conditioner. So I dilute it and let it sit for maybe 5 mins and then rinse it out. I try not to use creamy leave-ins. I stick to water based/ aloe based spray leave in conditioners

@Meera436 Awesome! This is typically safer. I’ve been looking for a rinse out conditioner that’s water based. As of now I don’t currently use one but I think adding a conditioner like this would be especially helpful if I decide to color again. Thanks!
