It would be nice to see you use the immortelle on a long coated poodle now that they explained to you how to do it properly. I just ordered the starter bundle with the brushes but I own and breed standard poodles so hopefully they last me a while if not they weren’t worth the investment. You should also see if they can send you their new products to review. I ordered 2 of each as well lol hopefully I’m not disappointed especially with the leave in conditioner as it seems to be the most expensive one out of the bunch.

I do wish they had it in stock when I made my original order because I would have loved to try it! That being said this review lead to bullying and rude messages from their ambassadors who trashed companies that I use calling the products "chemical bombs" and eventually resorted to posting about me calling me an "idiot" over my difference in opinion all while the company sat back liking and commenting on posts encouraging the behavior. So with that taken into consideration I'm getting rid of what I have and will not be purchasing any other items of theirs for reviews. There is no soap in the world that is worth that kind of behavior.

Thanks loads for sharing your honest review. Doglyness is way too expensive comparing to the other dog cleaning brand on the market, and I was debating whether it's worth making a purchase before watching your video. Thanks again!!

Really like your fringe, or as you may call it bangs. Suits you. I cannot try Doglyness Oats Shampoo anyway as it contains aloe vera and I am allergic. I would like to see a review of Iv San Bernard.please.

With conditioner I will add about an ounce of water to the container pour in the conditioner and shake first then fill the rest of the water. Seems to help mix better. Also I try not to prewet the dog first to save water just go straight to using the diluted shampoo mix. Helps me save on water

Use petals and tails for skin issues. I use the rose one for my gsd. Its helps a lot with secondary bacterial infections. It leathers well and keeps them smelling good for a long time (the scent is a little strong imo but not bad). I was actually impressed with it.

I agree i wouldn't use this product for my salon, only on my show poodle, i agree its not for all dogs. It works wonders though for show dogs/dogs kept in long coat.

I use a 7 or 10 around his cheeks and scissor in his muzzle. I actually have a tutorial on him that will be up in a few weeks.

Frothing is generally 1 part product to 3 parts water. You can use a simple kitchen whisk or a cheap one that froths milk for coffee. ** with frothing you actually apply it to a dry coat. Dogs have anywhere from 6 to 20 something hairs per follicle. Applying frothed shampoos to dry coats breaks down dander and natural oil that builds up between those 6 to 20 something hairs. It really is about getting a dog that stays cleaner longer. You do have to let the dog sit for 5/7/10 minutes depending on coat. You don’t want to wet the dog with just water first because on a micro level you seal those hairs in the follicle together and shampoo never gets in between to break down dirt/oils/dander as well as when you use a frothed shampoo or even just wetting your dog down with a diluted shampoo. Anyone in the industry has had a dog they washed and as they dried it, it felt greasy again, that’s because those follicles open back up with drying and release the grime..or washed a dog with a heavy degreaser over stripping the dog in the moment, causing it to over produce oils and sebum and the dog actually feels greasy again within days of being groomed..ie cockers/yorki coats: Frothing and the open/close/open methods are valuable techniques in our industry but they should be upgraded services, they’re not ideal for high volume shops that rely on speed to get clients in and out. Time is money … market them as luxury add ons. When done correctly you get a healthier coat that stays cleaner longer and will notice less skin issues. Yes IV San Bernard was the original frothing method and their products are top of the line. They have great skin and coat classes at pet shows and a pet aesthetician certifications. They have KZbin pages and their website is very informative also.

** also lather is just an added chemical to make us humans feel better about where we are applying product, it does not mean a cleaner dog..it’s just marketing. It’s so hard to untrain the brain. I’ve known this for Years and still love a good lather..

How do you like to dilute conditioner normally? I love my conditioner but I have issues with it separating as well.
@groomsbyjeanine90642 жыл бұрын
I typically don't dilute I just rub it in my hands and distribute around the body

A high volume grooming shop would never spend the money for boutique pet shampoo or conditioner. If I was going to buy something so expensive I would try Iv San Bernard products.

I feel ya when you finally have good shampoos then they change things on you us groomers spend so much time money effort trying to find good products and it’s frustrating when they don’t deliver
