Justin, I have 2 of these rain shower heads...I love them but over time, the rainfall is not the straight down rain you see in your video. The nozzles start to shoot the water out at an angle and I have to physically press on the affected nozzle to get it to correct into downward flow. Your awesome customer service guy replaced one rain shower head for me last year, but wonder what could technically be done to improved the flow....

If I add a water filter will it weaken the shower head's pressure?

It would affect a bit on the water pressure. We would not suggest using a filter (unless necessary) in a low flow enviroment

Hi! Just bought your 3 function handheld shower head in brushed nickel. It's amazing! The massage function is great for the undercarriage! Now I see this rainfall showerhead. Is there a way to incorporate this along with the handheld shower head?

Showerheads shipping to California must meet strict flow requirements and be registered with the California Energy Commission. Showerheads that exceed 1.8 GPM inflow will not ship to California.
