Dilution is necessary, if you wish to use it a primer coating. However, still advisable to use T007 primer instead. As the expected heat or temperature rise during the application, you may dilute it to maintain a consistent viscosity during application. Thanks.

@@ooifw5588 1st, did your contractor clean up the concrete surface? 2nd, Primer is recommended, but may not be the cause of peeling. 3rd. I normally advise to apply the waterproofing coating early morning or late evening. (referring to the application temperature).

Firstly, it really depends on the type of cracks. If hair line cracks, you may dilute the T-007 with water and apply on the lines before applying the top coats.

Hi, instruction manual says that we need to dilute T-007 with water on a ratio of 1:3 , which is 1 part of T-007 : 3 parts of water. In your video, you did not dilute T-007 primer at all. Can I ask why is that ?

I always believe the thicker the primer the better, and it's more secure. However, I have recently discovered that diluted T-007 primer is easier to apply and better penetration into small pores or craters in concrete surface. There is no right and wrong here. If thin layer coating, we usually need to apply more than just 1 later.

For option 1, you may start apply directly to the existing. For option 2, after T100, you need to apply a layer of cement render. My balcony is open roof due to that when heavy rain the water didn't flow in the drainage pipe. But when we clear the drainage up hole the water starting to flow down the drainage hole getting green all the times due to this i can see water mark in my car porch wall just me an idea pls

What you can do? 1) Fill up the sides of the drainage pipes with waterproofing membrane or silicone. 2) From the bottom of the slab, please identify the point of leaks and repair the leakages.

@@UncleRay360 My advice: Fix the ponding issue first, before applying water proofing solution. You may need to level the floor slab to avoid ponding issue.

@@UncleRay360 Can. Have done it with exterior wall. But scrape off any loose paint if any, first. If there are big holes, just use normal cement mixed with water will do and patch them. Seal any cracks , even hairline cracks, with Xtraseal ms-601 sealant or any similar MS polymer product (choose white paste) wait till dry then paint on T-007, wait till dry to sticky texture, then paint on T-200 (2 coats). using pentens fiberglass mesh will make the coating last at least 5 extra years.Make sure no impending rain for 6-8 hours. I don’t work for pentens but i had researched many waterproofing solutions.

Most tiles has glossy finish, which are water repellant. For natural store, example granite, slate or marble, it's strong recommended to apply top and bottom sealer too.
