Thanks, but what you failed to mention is that it only works with SmartThings if you also have the SmartThings HUB or Samsung HUB installed. My house uses SmartThings with only the app, no Samsung HUB. This requires not just the app, but the hub as well. I'm returning the product.

I am not familiar with zigbee devices that work without a hub? Im not sure how that is possible, there has to be some sort of zigbee controller to allow for the communication. what zigbee devices do you have that work without a hub?
