Thanks Bill ,very nice review. As much as I like the radio I'm going to wait for hopefully a GX16S in the future. It seems to me the TX16s is about due for a makeover+Gemini.

You are very welcome. It is useful that you can get a Nomad module to attach to the older radios to benefit from the Xrossband technology. Must say it is nice if it is built in.
