Love these models except the cover on the beacon should have been amber, and they should have made some with the red nose light already installed like bn3. The Doppler effect sound out of place on this unit being not the same sound as the horn on it. But still an amazing unit.

Making the beacon is easy enough. I've seen people use an orange sharpie or tamiya clear orange paint

the red nose light is an add-on feature that is included in the box that can be attached with a drill as well
