It is not clear to me exactly what this is. Can you use it as a base station to send correction data to the controller of a drone that has an RTK module?

Is accuracy estimate available only for some boards or it should be available to all boards? I have NEO - M9N and many parts were greyed out.

L1L2 receivers uses to cost about 10k not so long ago... Sure it's not same as a Novatel or a Trimble receiver board, but still !! For that price !

The android app says it needs "Real Time Network." That means this 1cm accuracy won't work while camping where there's no cell data???
