Product Testing - Sud Factory Paint Water Spot Remover as a Touchless Wheel Cleaner?

I saw videos of this stuff able to remove brake dust build up on painted wheels without even scrubbing. I decided to buy a bottle and see for myself how it does as a Touchless Wash on Painted Wheels, since it is designed to clean painted surfaces.
Wheel is from a Toyota Prius, which come fully painted silver from the factory. This wheel has been sitting outside for over 5 years without being cleaned. I test it against CarPro Iron-X and P&S Brake Buster as a Touchless Wash.
I can only recommend this product for painted wheels for a touchless wash, for light to medium brake dust build up.

I’ve recently used this to clean stained wheels on a 2014 sonata. With better results then any wheel cleaner I’ve ever used !!!!!

Soooo like for heavy brake dust could I scrub it in to probably get the heavy brake dust off?

Yea when I tried it on another wheel later on after I posted this video it did work quite well BUT only on the parts of the wheel that were painted glossy. But for heavy brake dust I would recommend a more heavy duty cleaner such as carpro iron-x.

@@lucidwerkz I’m confused, how will the iron x work better on heavy dust when it didn’t even perform as good as the SUD on light dust?

@@DaiLLSpoken Iron-x reacts with metal particles which there are more of in heavy brake dust build up. I don’t think this light dust on the wheel I tested had enough metal build up on it to create a reaction to the chemical of iron-x. The sud factory seemed to react and clean everything on the wheel including dirt. Which iron-x is not designed to clean off dirt.
