I have some more points.... ● Products can be sampled and inspected before buying but services can not. ● Involvement of both the parties is not necessary for production/creation of good but in case of services both needs to be involved for creation of services. ● There is a time gap between production and consumption of good but in case of services production and consumption are done all at once. ● Products are physical object by nature whereas service is an activity by nature.

1/ Products can be Perishable...bread, snacks, oil etc 2/ Quality of the Service can also be measured.... you can send the survey after the service is rendered to know "how was the service"... if you go to a restaurant and if the service is excellent, you would say "they provide an excellent or quality service"

Good question.. But i would ask you to give an another thought to it....videos or blog uses just some word but actually what you are getting is information through it.. We don't see the information we understand it.. Again don't get confused with that i can see the information in terms of words so it's product....No Brother...All the videos or blogs are just giving you a piece of advice through words that you have learnt...suppose I had written it in Sanskrit. Would you have able to understand it? I guess no bcoz you don't know how to read in sanskrit...so ultimately what I want to say is that you are getting information through videos or blog. You can't see it but you can feel it once you understand the information....
