Production of Native Seedlings and Seed Collection Course - Itinga do Maranhão - Brazil

This video presents an overview of the Production of Native Seedlings and Seed Collection course promoted by Suzano at the Federal Settlement Project of the Union of Itinga do Maranhão city in the state of Maranhão in Brazil. This iniciative is part of the Project Together We Plant The Future that has the objetive to promote ecological restauration of Amazon forest ans it is going to contribuit with two of Suzano’s long term commitments: the first one is to preserv biodiversity with the implementation of ecological corridors inorder to connect 500 thousand hectares of native forests and the second one to remove 200 thousand people from the poverty line by 2030.
