Sir, PPAP is made at OEM or at its vendor. If R&D department of a company release the design of the product...then DFMEA should be carried out or not....plz reply sir, control plan, process flow diagram, contingency plan, rework method, list of imte, these are done by OEM employees or vendors employees...

Supplier will submit to customer. DFMEA is in the scope of customer.

@ ajay swami Instrument should have the least count less than 10 percent of tolerance band.. Example tolerance is 100 micron then instrument least count should ne less than 10 micron or 10 micron ..

It depends on type of Product and it's manufacturing cycle.

Gaurav, you can discuss with supplier. It can't be assumed. Need to practically discuss with supplier and then decide based on supplier's capacity and capability.

You can go through Training and implement in your job. I you are working in Automotive industry then your company will be definitely performing APQP. Hope this helps. Practical exposure is must to understand it thoroughly.
