The brewery LA CASTELLANA born in 2014 from the idea of Jacopo and Ludovico, two guys who have turned their passion for beer and attachment to their territory into a real profession.
The company and 'situated in the locality' of Serra Sant'Abbondio, small medieval village of the Marche, nestled at the foot of Mount catria and a stone's throw from the hermitage of avellana source.
The name of the brewery and 'a tribute to the Palio della Serra Sant'Abbondio fortress, where six castles vie for the coveted prize with the famous goose race. The names of the beers raprresentano castles that participate in the race: Sant'Honda, Leccia, Petrara, Montevecchio, Campietro and Poggetto.

Vengo dalla Grecia e vivo nella città di Larissa. Ultimamente dai video italiani su KZbin mi è venuta la "malattia" interessata alla produzione di birra sia su scala Homebrewing che da microbirrificio. Il mio interesse è stato motivato dal vedere che produci tu stesso il 70% di ciò di cui hai bisogno. Soprattutto quest'ultima mi ha incuriosito, per questo vi chiedo se vengo in Italia, potrò visitare il vostro birrificio?

Purtroppo non so a chi si riferisce, Il birrificio e noi che abbiamo realizzato questo video siamo due aziende separate!
