Former barista here: Don’t let your espresso shots sit, mix them with something ASAP like milk or something .... they are not supposed to sit for more then 10 secs because they will taste bitter. Maybe that will help 🤪

True!! If you let your shots sit, we call that a “dead” shot. It makes the shot taste bitter and it also the longer you keep them out the less caffeinated they are.

Hey I have a great idea for your closet if your up for a challenge for a better organization skill!? 👌❤️ Every start of a new year you turn your hangers backwards and when you wear something you turn it the right way.
