I am so glad that you were able to take a day off because it actually does wonders. I took a day off recently because it was the end of the trimester and 4/6 classes were work days (I’m a high school student) and it was NEEDED. I for sure am a workaholic and have a hard time giving myself time off without feeling that I don’t deserve it so the fact that I didn’t do anything school related and was ok with it felt so good. 10/10 recommend

Hannah, haha I'm Peruvian and eat avocados almost everyday, one easy way to eat it is that after you cut it in a half, scoop out the pulp with a spoon haha it's really easy and it comes out almost perfect, lyy and hope it helps 🤍🤍

Love, love, love the video, as always! A little skincare recommendation i have (I'm a medical Esthetician btw), is using Micellar water before the Cerave cleanser! Micellar water isn't meant to stay on the skin as it's a soapy water basically, so cleansing off afterwards may help to prevent breakouts! If you try it out, I hope it helps 💕💕💕

i know u didn't really ask but i also have acne prone skin and i felt like the cerave hydrating cleanser wasn't really cleansing my face enough at night. I use either a gel cleanser or salicylic acid cleanser now at night and i barely ever have breakouts anymore highly recommend!

don’t forget to stir the espresso around the moment it’s done pouring. if you let it sit still for a few seconds it will go bad and be more bitter than it should be. just pick up the night when it’s done and give it a little stir. ☺️
