you're super cool and I LOVE your videos, they're super motivating, buut i have to say that, caffeine doesn't dehydrate us, it's a bullshiet which a lot of people believe to. It's great idea to hydrate anytime you can, but caffeine has nothing with our hydrate level. It's only making us to pee more, but it's still not dehydrating us, if our hydration level is ok

I will be honest, I used to REALLY struggle with "no devices on close to bedtime" cause i just wanted to snuggle in my bed and watch youtube all night long. But now I have a shut off time at 7pm where i put my phone in the kitchen (ringer off!), and my laptop charges in my mom's room. And it was SO HARD at first cause my brain was cravin that stimulation (my ADHD brain says "hello!") . But now i read magazines/books before bed and i have the BEST SLEEP OF MY LIFE!

I’m doing this more for myself than anything else. I couldn’t finish your workout. It’s hard to not feel like a failure when I can’t finish a workout video, but I need to remember that you’re a fitness guru whose been doing this for a long time, and I’m a random lady who works out probably once or twice a month if I’m lucky. I’m tired of giving myself excuses to not work out. It is not a failure if I can’t finish a workout, it is a demonstration of my strength, and everyone starts somewhere, even me. I am okay with being where I am right now, because it can only get better from here ❤
