Taaaaaaaammm! TamTalks was so on point! I was there and I still struggle with not having things completely under control. Yep I had and still deal with those issues. My Nephew passed away unexpectedly a few years ago and it rocked my family to the core. That is really when I realized life is here and gone in a sec. Be in the moment and enjoy life and family. I have ABSOLUTELY ZERO control over my life and so what it’s not where I expected it to be - but it’s still life and I need to be grateful and live it to the fullest. Whew that wanting to control things gets me everytime . My hubby is so laid back and goes with the flow and I think that is what’s helping me to learn to chill and not take everything so literal and serious. I’m still learning to live in the moment but I know with time and work I’ll get there. I enjoyed the laundry motivation as well. Keep at it, you are wonderfully and beautifully made, perfect in God’s eyes. The boys are so handsome and growing so fast. ❤❤🐆🐆🐆

Hey 🥰 I think with my husband health scare that open my eyes a lot because you always think they wouldn’t happen to me or my family but we never know. I have been enjoying every minute but I have my moments where I’m like okay….. What is going on I know I can change this or that. But I know God has the last say so. My husband is laid back as well and has calm me down so much. The rest I know I am going to have to do it on my own lol 😂😂😂. We are on the same page because I want to let go of the overthinking, wondering about the what ifs, and over analyzing my life 😩. Hey Tam, I grew up not being pushed enough by my family, so I decided to push myself. I then realized as I got older that I was pushing myself for other ppls satisfaction and not for myself. I bust my ass in academics, sports, etc because I had developed my own sense of security. I work two jobs and go to college and never had any help, but ppl in my family want to “celebrate”. I plan on going on a nice vacation 🤌🏽

Tam baby - gurl, was you in my head..I received this!! I know a lot of us did...I had my whole life planned from an early age- my family, house, husband, car, timeframes, etc...I wanted the fairytale so I used to feel like such a failure because my life didn'tgo as I had planned...Once I realized life is a learning experience and it's not how you start but how you finish I was able to let go and let God plus give myself grace..I started to understand that EVERYTHING I have been through helped to mold and shape me...I thank God for every moment good or bad because there was a lesson to learn...the key IS to learn the lesson so you learn & grow...I thank God for where I am today...Like Mary says, if you look in my eyes and see what I've seen...Baby - it was nothing but God preparing and molding me..I have finally accepted that He is in control of my path..I just need to stop and listen and let Him lead me not vice versa because I lose everytime...I am also a work in progress...Occasionally those old thoughts creep back..we need Tamtalks more often!!🙌🏽🤎🤎🤎🐆🐆🐆🧺🧺🧺🌞🌞🌞🌞 The song was perfect too..sometimes we fall... Whew, you said a mouth full 🙌🏽 because life was turning me every which way but loose 😂😂😂 I just knew that I was supposed to be here and doing this but God said “What you say?” 😂😂😂 I am thankful for it all as well because I know without the good or bad I would be who I am today. I am also handing it all to him, I have my moments where I still question because like I said my issue is trying to control certain issues smh. But I know he is working on me.
