I’m loving your university vlogs! I’m in Year 13, and I sent off my UCAS applications at the end of last week. I’m beginning to receive offers from my five universities already, which is a very exciting time but also very nerve-wracking. Moving to uni is going to be a big jump, and I’m honestly terrified. But seeing you settle in so well during these last few weeks has actually de-mystified life as an independent student and made it seem a lot less scary than I thought it was. These videos have really helped me to feel a little less anxious about the whole process- and it’s been lovely to watch you come out of your shell and embrace university life, too! 💗

I used to watch you every now and then, but I am hooked to your channel since you started the university themed videos. I just love them! Hey Ruby! I've been going to the gym for almost a year now and I still get nervous sometimes! I just remind myself that I'll be finished in an hour or less, and I'll feel so good about myself when I'm done. And everyone is normally so busy (or exhausted haha) that they don't care much about what's going on around them. Keep going! ❤️

I was feeling very down, had no motivation and missed 2 classes and once I finally got some work done I had an awful stomach ache and nausea so it executed very poorly my work... Ruby, you absolutely have to read Eric Metaxes' Biography of Dietrich Bonhoeffer! It is one of my favorite books and it makes the experience of reading Bonhoeffer's writing so much richer. It's a wonderful book and I think you'd really love it. Also, if you're interested, one of my professor's friends wrote a book from the black perspective on Bonhoeffer's time in Harlem, New York. It's called "Bonhoeffer's Black Jesus: Harlem Renaissance Theology and an Ethic of Resistance."

You are so organized with your to do list! It’s a great idea for the beginning of the day to be productive. Also a great idea is walking with a podcast. I also get nervous trying new gym classes. But sometimes working out solo is the best because you can control your own time and workout pace. Once I started working out at my university I actually had more energy and my grades were much higher - so many benefits! Thanks for such a great inspiring post! I also used a iPad at my university to show my books as I wrote my notes and assignments on my laptop❤️🍃🍂🎃☕️👩🏼‍💻
