IGA in America is SOOO different. Yours look so nice and modern, the ones I’ve been to (at least in the South) are mildly sketchy and very outdated and feel like the single grocery store in a quiet midwest town. Super different vibes😅 also same for your KMarts, yours are really nice, ours are all going bankrupt and getting liquidated bc they’re old and no one goes there anymore

Every time I see one of your videos, I pop them on before looking at anything else because I enjoy them so much. I can relate to your ADHD as well. I haven't been diagnosed but my children have and I am certainly undiagnosed myself. Good on your for your Couch - 5K. I can't run and I am thinking about doing that for myself. I've been on a fitness journey since November 2022, walking, cycling, strength (to be honest, that is how I found your channel), but running is that frontier for me, but I feel like I am nearly ready to tackle it. As for the weather - How sudden was that change? One day it was summer, the next day we were violently thrust into autumn! I'm not complaining, I hate the heat and I love the colder weather, but it was so sudden! I am not in Queensland, so it might have been different there, I'm in the Blue Mountains, NSW, but I have been rugged up and freezing since Friday (and I am loving it!) I hope you enjoyed your walk!!
