Girl I just need a tiny bit of your confidence I've been struggling with not being able to workout as often n in the level I usually do cuz I managed to twist my ankle using heels and I also messed up my shoulder so I'm like taking very light when it comes to exercise but I'm mentally crying/losing it cuz to be honest I wanna train my shoulders do push-ups and stuff n I can't 😭 I'm afraid I won't be able to do push-ups anymore once I fully recover.

I once stepped on a stair master - couldn't place my heel - stepped out and never come close to this thing again)) ti do treadmill with incline instead, same benefits, plus more since you move your feet as you should

I thought i was using the stairmaster wrong when my back hurt after 😅 but glad to hear it’s common, for beginners at least. I switched to incline treadmill cuz it’s easier on my body!

i started getting back into working out and eating a bit better like two weeks ago. per my therapist, i needed to do something that scared me pretty consistently to show myself that it’s possible. i chose the stairmaster. i work out like 3-4 times a week and at the end of every work out, i go on the stairmaster. i didn’t start off with thirty minutes, but paced my self by increasing the time i spent on it by five minutes. i started off with five two weeks ago and today i hit thirty minutes! the key for me was alternating speeds every five minutes. to warm my body up i go at level 1, ten minutes i go to either level 3/5, then back to level one at fifteen, 4/6 level at twenty and so on. this cardio has helped a lot with my cardiovascular and respiratory issues so if you’re able to try it out, i would highly recommend

I have been running for almost 3 years, 3 miles Every single day, like I absolutely hate to miss a run Anyways didn’t know there was a thing called runners headaches. I have experienced these a few times and wasn’t sure why. Also walking then running is def how everyone starts. I actually have been stopping for a 30 secs to a min between every 1 mile to try and increase my speed. Also never experienced runners high except one time when I was younger, I most definitely always experience lung failure though. I def need to work on practicing breathing while I jog which will def slow me down but def will help in the long run. I use pacer app

So I'm just sharing...after you talked about having PCOS, in the following clip, you were eating tofu, which raises your levels of estrogen. And that does more harm than good for your PCOS. I used to have PCOS and after lots of research i was about to turn it around. knowlage is power

First week doing the stairmaster, THE LENGHT OF A MINUTE IS EQUAL TO A PLANK MINUTE hahahaha I’m doing 15min in level 6-7. Whats better, higher level + less time or more time and a lower level? Big hugs!!!
