I would classify myself on the introvert side and I also dread making phone calls. Before I had my second child, I worked in medical offices and had to be on the phone alot. My least favorite part of the job for sure.

I once had a job taking hotel reservations from a 1-800 number. Pure anxiety the whole time🤣
