Hiya! Thought to comment here as the video I want to ask about is from quite a while back (“my weight loss journey”) so I wasn’t sure if you would see it there. I wanted to say I really do appreciate this video. Especially because your transformation was so significant (although sustainable) so it does make me hopeful! I know you said you don't want to disclose the calories you ate and eat now etc but as someone who has been following the tips you mentioned for years (health reasons rather than fat loss) and focused on calories as well, I'm still not really getting significant results, despite a year passing. So I was wondering if you could elaborate further on the steps you took to achieve that amazing weight loss through calories etc either by comment or by perhaps making a video on it whenever you get the time (i know uni can be so stressful so don’t stress more!). It would mean so much if you could get back to me as I definitely need some guidance from someone who’s gone through a transformation journey.
