-25g rolled oats
-180ml water
-1tsp cinnamon
-1tsp sweetener
-150ml almond milk
-1tsp chia seeds
-15g speculoos myprotein powder
-100ml egg whites
♡ recipe: chia pudding
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 2-3 drops sweetener
- 1/2cup almond milk
♡ recipe: protein overnight oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- a few drops myprotein toffee drops
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 15g protein powder (i use myprotein speculoos flavoured one)
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds

I think u might feel groggy in the morning because u probably have a big glucose spike given that u consume a large quantity of carbs. Try having savoury breakfasts maybe and see if ur energy changes :)) i learnt that when i started following Glucose Goddess
