I would love to see more content on your administrative processes. I am currently building a business that focuses on helping small to medium size accounting practices implement and streamline their admin. This includes the requirements with out legal bodies here in South Africa. You have spoken about process notes in your videos and I'd love to hear more on it or other administrative processes you've set up that has helped with your success. Within my own business I have already set up generic emails and templates to streamline communication. It was a nugget you had in one of your videos and it has helped tremendously in taking the mental load off.
