honestly my biggest tip is consistency and having a good thumbnail, i honestly don’t know either LOL i just experiment with things and hope it works out

and also just doing it for fun rather than views/likes if you like your videos and enjoy making them people will naturally come imo if you enjoy the process it’ll naturally be a good video
