Hello! Have you ever thought about adding subtitles to your videos? My native language is Portuguese and I have a little difficulty understanding English. I think English subtitles can help, not only me, but other people who have difficulty understanding you

How do you stay so focused while studying that long?? i'm currently in med school (1st year) and i've been struggling with concentration and procrastination :/ I just started my new semester and i NEED my grades to be perfect !! I've been watching your study with me and they helped me! but i feel like I need to be more focus in order to retain more informations

You can apply the pomodoro technique. Probably 40-50 mins study with 10-20 mins break in between.

@jaiimilaxo there was a lot of back lash on them. I don't know much about it so I recommend searching it up. But I've heard some if the therapists doesnt have a degree and some personal information was shared. So its not secure. Dont put my word on it. I've heard of this like 2 years ago

You guys, i give a tip, Don't put A LOT of your stuff or your entire life in Notion. I had just have a problem with it, it missed all of my pages just because i created a team workspace with a free account. So, just be careful😊

Use obsidian instead....it stores everything in your device itself (you can save everything online too if you want )
